This Rolex Submariner with a black dial and bezel is a highly desirable model. Add to this desirability the Rolex waiting list for new models, and the demand for this watch in the second hand market becomes very strong. This is a pre-owned 1994 model, in stainless steel with a black dial and bezel which includes the box. The automatic movement with perpetual rotor has obtained the official title of Swiss Chronometer. It is housed in the famous 40mm Oyster case.

The Submariner Date is a watch whose elegance belies its technical capabilities as a divers watch. The trip lock crown, a triple safety device, is protected against accidents by seamless shoulders cut in solid metal. The date changes at midnight and can be rapidly adjusted. The graduated Oyster bracelet has extension links so that it can be worn over a light diving suit and is fastened by a Fliplock safety clasp. A tough sapphire crystal remains scratch resistant under the most arduous conditions. The watch is waterproof to a depth of 300m (1000 feet). The revolving bezel incorporates a ratchet and can only be turned anti clockwise for reliable checking of decompression times. Truly a handsome watch for every occasion.
