This Omega Seamaster Professional 300m Chronometer features a blue unidirectional rotating bezel, blue guilloche wave dial with luminous dots and batons, and a date indicator display at the 3 o’clock position. This is the 2541.80.00 ‘Goldeneye’ model with box and papers dated 2000.

The 41mm stainless steel cases houses an Omega 1538 calibre quartz precision movement with a rhodium plated finish. This battery powered model is in full working order. and is sold with a 1-year warranty from ourselves.

The watch comes with the original Omega presentation box, original Omega cardboard outer box, Omega instruction booklets, Omega warranty card dated June 2000 with an Omega leatherette document holder and is a UK supplied model.

Case Condition: Excellent with no noticeable marks. Bracelet Condition: Excellent with only the lightest scratches to the clasp.  Dial and Glass condition all Excellent. The movement is in full working order. Will fit a wrist size up to 185mm.

This Omega with a blue wave dial is a desirable model. Add to this the excellent condition and all the paperwork for the model and the demand for this watch in the second-hand market becomes incredibly strong.

This model dates back to 1995 when it was first worn by Pierce Brosnan as James Bond 007 in the film ‘GoldenEye’. Brosnan went on to wear this model in all four of his films as ‘Mr Bond’. It is thought that a quartz model was preferred as, in the film James Bond used the watch to fire a laser from its bezel and the battery was the power source of the laser!

The Seamaster collection to which this watch belongs pays tribute to the maritime heritage of the Omega brand. The watch is waterproof to a depth of 300m (1000 feet), has a helium escape valve for long periods spent underwater and a revolving bezel that can only rotate anti-clockwise for reliable checking of dive and decompression times. The watch has a screw-in crown that screws directly into the case, providing reliable water resistance that a divers watch needs. The watch has a domed scratch-resistant crystal with an anti-reflective treatment, a highly durable cover over the dial. The solid nine bar link bracelet has a push button release fold over clasp which has a divers extension to the bracelet, useful when wearing over a wetsuit. This model has a quartz precision movement with a rhodium plated finish and an end of battery life warning indicator.
