This is a stunning Victorian pendant. The 15ct yellow gold is delicately set with seed pearls and peridots in an intricate flower and leaf design. The necklace has a round peridot milgrain set to the centre and is surrounded by gold filigree work set with seed pearls. A teardrop shaped peridot is set at the bottom of the pendant, set in a milgrain edge collet. The bail to the pendant is also set with three seed pearls. The detail and workmanship of the pendant is beautiful. To give an idea of scale, the 9ct yellow gold curb chain is approximately 457mm/18inches and the pendant adds approximately 47mm (drop) and is 22mm at its widest point.
