This is a 9ct white gold pendant. In a cluster design an oval blue sapphire is surrounded by diamonds with a bail to the top to allow it to run freely along a chain. The pendant including the bail measures approximately 12x6mm. It comes on a 16″/406mm 9 carat white gold chain.
